TC “Sustainability Empowerment”

Summary

Climate and the environment are among young Europeans’ top concerns, but the complexity of issues like misinformation, greenwashing and supply-chain ethics leaves many overwhelmed. Climate anxiety is also rising. Youth workers can help young people turn that concern into constructive action, but they lack interactive tools, training in moderating sensitive topics, and chances to exchange methods with peers abroad. Sustainability Empowerment Community of Practice addresses these gaps with a six-day training in Vienna for 28 youth workers from Austria, Croatia, Czechia, France, Italy, Latvia and Portugal.
