TC “Non-formal Education From Theory to Praxis”
Summary
The project tackles the decline in youth work quality in Europe caused by recent crises. Its aim is to train 30 youth workers from nine countries using non-formal and experiential learning. Participants will build skills in facilitation, teamwork, intercultural dialogue, and activity design. The project will improve youth worker competencies, strengthen organisations, and enhance opportunities for young people. Long-term results include a transnational network, an NFE resource booklet, and new initiatives aligned with Erasmus+ goals.

Main objectives:
to build a shared understanding and promote the value of non-formal education in youth work
to strengthen youth workers’ competences in facilitation, learning processes, and intercultural engagement.
to provide practical tools and techniques for designing and delivering quality youth activities.
to use Erasmus+ resources and best practices to enhance daily youth work.
Participant profile:
Croatian residency
18+ years old
youth worker or actively involved in the work of an organization
wants to improve their knowledge of youth work and non-formal practices
wants to learn new skills, methods, and tools
can communicate in English on a sufficient level
the project is fully financed by the European Commission as part of the Erasmus+ Programme
cost of food, accommodation and green travel (up to 150€) is fully covered!
