TC “Learning Equals”

Summary

This project aims to provide educational tools to youth professionals so that they can use them to improve their local communities and train young people in the values of the European Union. In particular, this initiative arises from the need to raise awareness among European citizens about the importance of equality between people.

Location: El Escorial (Madrid), Spain

Dates: 18. - 25. 04. 2026.

Application: Active

Main objectives:

  • to integrate innovative theoretical and practical activities so that participants can take advantage of the training and see its usefulness in real life.

  • provide quality training on feminism, gender equality and gender-based violence prevention to European professionals in order to disseminate these knowledge and ideals in youth communities.

  • offer tools to professionals in the youth field to improve their mediating skills in situations of gender discrimination.

  • create networks of exchange and dialogue between professionals from different fields and countries in Europe.

Participant profile:

  • Croatian residency

  • 18+ years old

  • youth worker or actively involved in the work of an organization

  • wants to improve their knowledge of gender equality

  • wants to learn new skills, methods, and tools

  • can communicate in English on a sufficient level

  • the project is fully financed by the European Commission as part of the Erasmus+ Programme

  • cost of food, accommodation and travel (up to 279€) is fully covered!
